Prices

All prices, are quoted in Pounds Sterling and include VAT.

Receipts

You will receive a printable receipt by email on completion of your order.

Delivery & shipping costs

Most items include free delivery. However, heavier items (such as the Black Knight Trainer machine) will incur a shipping cost.

We aim to deliver all orders within 3 days but do please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Overseas orders

We only take online orders from mainline UK - for all other enquiries please contact enquiries@blackknightuk.co.uk.

We can normally deliver smaller items anywhere in world.

Refunds, returns  & cancellations

If there is a fault with your product within 28 days of purchase we will normally offer you
the choice of an exchange or refund. If the fault occurs after 28 days, we will offer a
prompt repair or exchange.

Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery unless the return is the result of an error made by Black Knight UK Ltd

Your statutory rights are not affected.

When you send your item back to us, Black Knight UK will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund within four weeks of our receiving your return.

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
